The founding member, Kiana Franulic, understands the needs of individuals to have their concerns heard and addressed. Kiana Franulic

Attorney Kiana Franulic has spent several years in the legal industry first as a paralegal prior to becoming an attorney. Her experience includes mortgage finance, employment law, real estate, commercial litigation and representation of small businesses. Her unique experience in various legal disciplines and mortgage finance has provided her with in depth insight into business and personal relationships. She focuses her expertise and consult on real estate transactions, civil litigation as well as commercial transactions and formation.

During Mrs. Franulic time in law school, she focused her attention on building a broad understanding of how the law affected the various aspects of an individuals life. Seeing how one issue created a rippling effect through a persons life, she set her goal on assisting the whole person or entity. Mrs. Franulic has worked for solo practitioners, a mid-size law firm and interned with the Wayne County Prosecutors Office. Mrs. Franulic volunteered her time with numerous organizations and held leader positions with the State Bar Criminal Law Council and the Washtenaw County Bar Association – Criminal Law Council. Prior to returning to full-time practice, Mrs. Franulic was trained and worked as a Residential Mortgage Underwriter with one of the nations largest wholesale lenders. This experience provided Mrs. Franulic with national reach and influence, allowing her to create connections nationwide to assist her clients with their every need.

Tiffany Kelly, Paralegal

Meet Tiffany Kelly. She is our lead paralegal and guru! Mrs. Kelly has joined our firm in 2017. Her broad experience and stellar history brings an exceptional eye for detail and research. Mrs. Kelly has been a paralegal for over twenty years. Her prior experience includes medical malpractice and family law. Her experience is key in building our medical malpractice and family law cases. When not making the firm run smoothly, she is running a household of three young children and a husband. Her hobbies are jewelry making, cooking and spending quality time with her family. Everyone please say Hello to Tiffany!

Twana Henry, Administrative Assistant

Meet Twana Henry, our Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Henry started with the firm in September 2019 . She focuses on the initial meet and greet of our clients. She makes sure everything runs smoothly from returning calls to calendaring dates. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Henry worked in the medical field and is integral in the document request and review process for our personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal clients. When not at work, Mrs. Henry is a mother to 3 children and a wife. Her hobbies are DIY projects and attending her children’s sporting events. She is a part of your legal team. Say hello to Twana!
